DJ RYZ has done several weddings in the past few years.  These events have all varied in length, style, & location.  I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of New Hampshire in event management and planning and have worked for the Andover Country Club implementing numerous weddings and receptions.  Needless to say, I know the industry very well.

Wedding DJ Services:

Ceremonial Music

Timing is everything... Walking down the aisle to be married to your future spouse is a big moment.  I will ensure that the music is delivered smoothly and at a timely manner.

First Dance, Cutting the Cake, Cocktail Hour, Dinner Time, Mother/Son, Father/Daughter Dances, Tossing of the Bouquet, Garter Belt Removal, Toasts, Special Dances, etc.  I can do them all on a calm & professional level.

I have the ability to do custom introductions and songs for every member of your bridal party.  Mom and Dad have a favorite song they want to come out to? Want a blend of a couple songs?  I can create a blend of your favorite songs into one complete track.

Compliant and Professional

DJ RYZ will work with your caterers, photographers, florists, and wedding planners before the event to make sure your wedding runs as smoothly as possible.  Its extremely important that everyone is on the same page so that your wedding is implemented as planned!

The most important part... What do you want to hear?  I will work with the bride and groom on exactly what they want to hear.  There are a lot of factors to consider when planning on music for your wedding reception.  Give me a specific playlist, Ill play it.  Only a few songs you want to hear? No problem.  This is your special day and your guests will hear the music that you want to hear.  The music played during the wedding reflects the type of couple the bride and groom are!  I can take requests or stick to a strict playlist, play a continuous blend of music, mix in slow songs & couples dances, etc.

Cocktail Hour - Light background music at a low level while the guests socialize.

Dinner Time - Classic but soft music that everyone can enjoy while you and your guests enjoy a fantastic meal!

Desert/Cake/Party Time - Once the lights go down, the cake has been cut, the dances have been performed... Its time to cut loose.  Traditionally, I lead off with some classics that everyone of all ages will know, mix in slow songs, and slowly build up the dancing and fun!  80's, Disco, 90's hits, etc. are usually ideal.  Once, the kids and families are gone I tend to transition to newer stuff to get the younger crowd up and moving until the last dance arrives.  Something special you and your bridal party wants to mix in?  Let me know and we can make it happen...

Prepared and On Time

I strive to be as professional and organized as possible.  I like to meet with the bride and groom prior to get a feel of the type of people they are what they are looking to provide their guests from a musical and entertainment standpoint.  I will work with the bride and groom on a specific timeline with introductions, names, specifics, etc. clearly identified to ensure that everything runs smoothly with no errors or omissions.  I also like to have a playlist of songs ready picked by you handy that include "must plays", "slow songs" and standard wedding music!

I also like to show up early.  As soon as the room, reception hall, beach, club, etc. is open, I like to set up and make sure everything is working correctly.  There is nothing worse than a tardy DJ! I will bring back up equipment as well, just in case something were to happen in the middle of the reception.   All my equipment is at the industry standard and has switch capabilities if something were to crash!
